Health and Feeling Good About Yourself
By Marja Sprock, M.D.

If you feel good in your own body and are satisfied with its appearance, you are feeling better, radiating happiness and the entire world will look better to you.

The World Health Organization defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. A mouth full you may think, however it also implicates a mental component to our well-being. If you do not feel well or if you are not satisfied with your appearance, it will all reflect on your health or sense of being healthy and happy.

In other words if you feel good in your own body and are satisfied with its appearance, you are feeling better, radiating happiness and the entire world will look better to you.

I have had life partners ask for information about treatments of fat areas, scars or wrinkles, not because they thought it looked bad, however their significant other felt this way and the partner wanted to offer a solution. A ticket leading to being content with your body and being healthier by being happier.

This morning I overheard 3 ladies who had started their daily walk, discuss how when they diet they would lose fat on their buttocks, legs and breasts, however not the abdomen where they wanted to lose it the most. I-Lipo®, painless laser to remove fat content and collapse the fat cells, would be great for these ladies, since it can be targeted to the abdomen. If their abdomen also starts losing inches, they will be more motivated to keep up their healthy life style; often feel better about themselves and be happier and healthier. For some people it is the arms or the chin: “every time I look in the mirror I see this hanging chin or wobbly arms.” The great advancement of this day and age is; non-invasive, non-painful laser can be directed to any problem area; no surgery required. Whichever area you decide is the impediment to feeling happy about yourself or is keeping you from holding on to a healthy life style can be targeted.

Even though you can clearly measure and see the difference after I-lipo® treatment; ultrasound studies have proven the collapse of the fat cells after the painless laser treatment. I-Lipo® makes grape like fat cells into raisins, without the wrinkles.

I-Lipo® is a relaxing laser treatment, targeting any hard to treat area. It makes fervent exercisers feel better, since it can target areas which do not come off easily with exercise, like the upper abdomen and thighs and it makes the walking dieting ladies happier since it can target the areas which never seem to come off.

Happiness is part of your health; non-invasive, painless targeted laser treatments may make your definition of health complete.

Central Florida UroGynecology in Rockledge is one of the most experienced and well equipped I-Lipo® centers with proven results; consultations for I-Lipo® are free, treatments are offered for men as well as women.
